Ordering

To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age.

Details of all orders placed on our website are stored by us. A copy will be sent via e-mail and you can find the terms here at all times. If you chose to create an account on our website at the time of placing an order, you can find a copy of your order history by logging in at http://www.worldofretail.co.uk

 

Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Secure payments can be made in the following ways:

Any major credit/debit card through Stripe
Paypal

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we have the right to cancel the order.

 

Product Guarantees

All products carry a standard 12 month guarantee* (unless stated), If your product should fail within this period, please contact our team on sales@worldofretail.co.uk
If your purchase develops a fault within its 12 month guarantee we will organise a repair of the product for you free of charge (UK only). We will direct you via one of our authorised agents to repair or exchange the product. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange.

 

Delivery

A standard UK mainland delivery charge will be calculated on your order and added to your shopping basket. Free delivery is available on some products.
All parcels we send are insured at no extra cost.

We will only ship products outside the UK in special circumstances. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
The majority of our deliveries are made within 3 days of payment being received however for larger items 5 to 7 days is the standard delivery, if the products are in stock. Delivery dates for out of stock items will be advised on order.

Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us.
If you order arrives damaged or incomplete please notify the courier on delivery and inform us within 24 hours. We will do our best to sort out the problem as quickly as possible.

We constantly monitor prices to bring you the best value in electrical goods. We will also treat you as a individual and we pride ourselves on our high standard of service. All prices compared are correct at time of entry according to PriceSpy.co.uk. We cannot be held responsible for any delayed data from the comparison website.

 

Printing and Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical (human) error or incorrect pricing information received from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made.

When you shop with us via our web site, all your financial transactions are entirely secure. We only use online payment services from PayPal and Stripe for card payments. They are the ones who process the transaction and then notify us of authorization. Your personal credit card details are not disclosed to us or stored so you don’t need to worry about your details falling into the wrong hands.

Additionally we also ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
